The new board has arrived, components are still en-route. Hoping to have everything I need to start putting those on pre-order together early next week.

CTR2-Flex

Lynovation is  excited to present the next member of the Lynovation CTR2 family, CTR2-Flex.

This new unit is a standalone controller specifically designed for the Flex Radio 6xxx/8xxx series radios. It connects directly to the radio using WiFi and uses the Flex API. It works with any version of SmartSDR (Windows and iOS/MacOS). Multiple CTR2-Flex units can be connected to the radio at the same time with each unit controlling a separate slice.

It connects as a non-GUI client if SmartSDR is running or as a GUI client if there are no other GUI clients running. This gives you the ability to control your radio without booting your computer. The Flex does not support SmartLink.

This is presented on licence from Lynovation, constructed by myself and dispatched from the UK. These are assembled 'ready to use', turnkey units complete with:

• Latest firmware
• Licence installed
  
• Checked and tested before dispatch

New Board

The CTR2-Flex, depending on your choices will make use of a new board designed by Lynn. This is only required if you are intending on including a 3.5mm socket for a CW paddle/key. If not, the existing encoder / encoders will be more than suitable.

Options

1. 3.5mm stereo socket for a paddle or key.
2. Rechargeable 2000mAh LiPo battery (and upgraded attachment so it can be easily disconnected).
   
3. Case colour.
