The Atmel ISP Programmer by Barb WB2CBA can be used for updating the firmware for the Pebble HF using only a browser. It can also be used for many other devices.
Features:
- Works on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Chromebook
- Can be used to update the firmware on a Pebble HF using the web programmer without any additional software or drivers (only using a web app)
- USB-C (cable not included)

Each country has different rules and I am not able to update these dynamically during checkout. Any fees required during import to your country will be handled by the shipping provider.
